Second Pub Viking Evening in Kyiv was held in O'Briens Pub. The topic of our evening was “Swedish leadership – seen by Ukrainians”. Anastasia Nekrasova, a specialist in cross-cultural communication, lead a brief informal discussion about cultural assumptions that determine how we lead and perceive effective leadership in a Swedish-Ukrainian business context. Guests had a chance to have some beer, meet new people and enjoy informal atmosphere of O'briens Pub during the soccer game.
